01 · PLATFORM MODERNIZATION
Market Price Index redesign
Led the architectural redesign of an acquired Ruby on Rails product using Elasticsearch, NestJS, Redis and React. The work addressed usability and pricing-analytics requirements and supported renewed use by returning customers.
02 · PLATFORM ENGINEERING
Polaris matching platform
Designed and built matching tools using a React micro-frontend, GraphQL and NestJS, with PostgreSQL and OpenSearch for storage and candidate retrieval. My contributions included API and index design, rule-building interfaces and an LLM-assisted match-validation workflow.
03 · SEARCH & ANALYTICS
Search and lakehouse efficiency
Optimized search infrastructure through lifecycle policies, shard balancing and a gp3 storage migration. Developed data models and processing workflows with dbt, Trino and Apache Iceberg for catalog, matching and pricing analytics.
04 · PRICING GOVERNANCE
Enterprise price approvals
Designed and delivered the frontend, backend and historical data architecture for an enterprise price-approval workflow. Used Elasticsearch data streams and lifecycle policies to support pricing history and auditability.

Since 2019, I have worked across Wiser’s pricing-intelligence, product-matching, search and analytics platforms, contributing to architecture, implementation and production operations.
- Work with product and engineering colleagues to define requirements, evaluate trade-offs and support systems through release and ongoing operation.
- Led key NGPI engineering work that unified pricing-intelligence products following the Numerator acquisition, including a localization framework adopted across the organization.
- Led adoption of Elasticsearch, NestJS and modern React/Redux, and developed shared UI components, search utilities and a SendGrid email utility for use across teams.
- Worked on enabling an agentic AI bug-fixing pipeline integrated with Jira, connecting issue tracking with AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Mentor engineers through architecture reviews, code-review panels, design discussions and hands-on technical guidance across teams.
- Develop shared patterns for APIs, React micro-frontends, search architecture, data models and delivery workflows.
